Your B&B or Mine? by Melissa West released today!!!

All's fair in love and war, especially in the Deep South...

Savannah Hale never planned to come back to Maple Cove, Georgia. Her hometown has too many painful memories, especially of her high school sweetheart, who was killed during combat. And yet here she is…broken-hearted from her mother's death and left to deal with the Hale family legacy—Maple Cove's landmark bed and breakfast. In need of repairs and near foreclosure, she’s hanging on to the B&B by a thread.

And the man out to buy it is the man she's never been able to forgive…or forget.

Former soldier Logan Park is haunted by memories of his own. Some are of his best friend. Other are filled with longing for the girl he could never have. Now Savannah is back, and their attraction can’t be denied. But Logan has already sacrificed everything to atone for his sins, and there’s no way he’ll let himself fall for a girl who might never love again.

4 out of 5 stars

You're B&B or Mine? by Melissa West was a really sweet contemporary romance and I really, really liked it.

I especially really liked the characters. I loved Savannah's determination and strength throughout the book but at the same time my heart broke for her because she really didn't have anyone to take care of her while she was busy taking care of everyone else. But while that broke my heart it actually contributed to me loving the hero of the book, Logan, even more because he was there for her even when she considered him the enemy and wanted nothing to do with him. Another reason why I loved Logan was the fact that he also was pretty selfless, in a similar way to Savannah, with all the things he did in his deceased best friend's memory. It was all both heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time and I couldn't help tearing up. But while there were moments that did make me teary-eyed in this book, the book was actually pretty lighthearted instead of being dramatic and heavy which is what really made this book good for me. And of course, the highlight of this book was the swoon-worthy romance. Melissa West made me truly believe that Logan and Savannah were meant to be even with their very complicated histories together.

Overall, this book was just a really nice and memorable romance and it has made me want to read some more of Melissa West's writing ASAP!
